I'm looking for a flatmate to share my newly renovated 2 bed flat in Dartmouth Park/Tufnell Park. The flat is currently being refurbished, so the photos aren't the best, but most of it will be brand new by move-in.
I'm quite house-proud and would love to live with someone clean, considerate, and looking to make the place feel like home. I live in the first bedroom, and my cat Kilo will be your third flatmate.

The Flat
- Double bedroom available
- Shared living/dining room with a sunny south-facing balcony
- Good size kitchen with dishwasher and all white goods
- 1 shared bathroom (& bidet)
- Communal garden/terrace and access to a small allotment
- Second floor, no lift
- I am after around 1.3k pcm bills included however am open to negotiation

Transport
- 5 mins to Tufnell Park (Northern Line)
- 5 mins to Gospel Oak (Overground)

This neighborhood is one of the best spots in North London (clearly biased lol). Right by Highgate Village and a short walk to Hampstead Heath, the ponds, and lidos, with plenty of great pubs, cafés, and green space nearby.

About me:
I'm 29 (30 in September), I work in Canary Wharf at one of the big 4 and am in office 2 days a week but am flexible. I am pretty laid back and spend a lot of time at home cooking, crafting, watching reality telly, or hosting friends for dinner. I come from a Muslim background but am not entirely religious and would love to live with someone open minded, respectful, and easy going. I'm happy to consider another cat, provided you're good at keeping on top of litter, fur, and general cat cleaning duties.
