Room available to take over in a warm, easy-going houseshare in a split-level flat in North London.

The bedroom is a good-sized double on the first floor which gets plenty of morning light and has a desk. It also has its own private balcony, which is big enough for a small table with chairs (please note these are not included) and overlooks a quiet, residential street. There is a bathroom (with bath/shower and a toilet) on the same floor as the bedroom and an additional toilet downstairs on the ground floor. As well as the front garden there is also a small garden at the back through the kitchen/ dinning area. Please note the property does not have a separate living room.

The flat is well connected: Tufnell Park tube station (northern line) is around an 8 minute walk, and Kentish Town tube: train and overground is around an 11 minute walk. You can also easily walk to Archway, Holloway Road and Hampstead Heath. There is a Nisa Local less than 5 minutes walk away, as well as a good range of supermarkets and food shops near both stations.

You'd be joining three women, all late twenties to early thirties, in a relaxed household. We get on well, keep the place very clean and tidy, and are happy to go out together occasionally, chat in the kitchen or keep to ourselves depending on the day.

There's a cleaner twice a month but we also have a cleaning rota for the rest of the month. We're looking for another clean and friendly woman or non-binary person to join. Working professionals only although students who are okay paying council tax will be considered.
