Beautiful double bedroom in garden flat

Spacious double bedroom in garden flat in quiet residential area near Hampstead Heath. 5 minutes walk from Tufnell Park Tube (Zone 2). Tufnell Park has lovely shops, a sociable pub and playing fields.
The room has a double bed, sofa, working fireplace, wardrobe and drawers and a sanded wooden floor.
There is one other bedroom (for me) and a large kitchen living room that is great for relaxing, cooking and entertaining. The garden is parched at the moment but is south facing and very quiet.
I am a writer and work for a charity so am very busy. I sometimes have a dinner party (maybe once a month), I love to have a chat in the kitchen and am also quite self-contained.
My kids of grandkids will visit for an hour or so sometimes.
There is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC.
