Small double, with small double bed, is available in a beautiful flat.

It's £525 per month for 5 days a week, it would £725 if full week is needed.

The flat is incredibly light and airy being on the top floor and has spectator views over North London from the living room. It has all the normal mod cons, washing/drier, dish washer etc, broadband. It has recently been renovated with new kitchen and central heating.

The room is quite small with a double bed in it and a small table. There are huge shelves for storage with a loft for a few things to be stored away. The view from the room's window looks out onto a quiet road and trees.

There is also the use of a huge shared garden, over 100ft long which is great for BBQ's etc in the summer.

The flat is near Kentish Town / Tunfell Park. It is only 11 minutes on the tube to Tottenham Court Road. It is a very safe area with lots of families and kids in the vicinity. The walk from the tube is mostly along a main road. There are a host of top food shops nearby as well as gastro pubs.

I occasionally write from home so not necessary ideal for someone who works from home as well. I am also away filming or out of the country on occasions so need to find someone responsible who will look after the place when I'm away.

All bills are included to save hassle. Ideally looking for someone.
