We have a large, bright double room available in purpose built flat in a great location.

Its a 60 second walk to Tufnell Park Tube Station which will bring you to central London/ Tottenham Court Road in around 15 minutes. Tufnell Park Tube is on the Northern Line and in London Zone 2 (of 9) so quite central. Its around a 10 minute walk to Gospel Oak and Kentish Town Overland Rail stations.

The area is fantastic. The famous Hampstead Heath is on your doorstep, within 10 minutes walk. Great restaurants like the The Bull & Last and Pizza East are scattered all around. Cafes such as the Bear + Wolf have delighted locals over the past few years. Within a minute walk there is an artisan bakery, organic butcher, fishmongers, Sainsburys and a gym.

The room itself is brilliantly quiet with double glazing and a contemporary decor. All bills are included.

The room has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet next door. It has a double bed and a very sizable built in cupboard for storage (as can be seen in the photos). There is a kitchen and a large living room downstairs with leather sofa and working fire place. There is a balcony adjoining. The whole property uses wooden flooring and is centrally heated via an adjustable built in boiler tucked away in a cupboard downstairs. Internet speeds are very good.

It is a working household so no party animals please! Non smokers are preferred. It is also aimed towards one person rather than a couple.

One months deposit is required.
