Bright double in spacious house with garden

Three female professionals are looking for a new housemate to share a spacious house in Tufnell Park. It's a 4 bed 3 storey town house with a patio and garden (perfect for a summer barbecue) in a very pleasant and secure gated estate with plenty of communal green space. It’s set well back from the road so there’s no traffic noise.

The room is a fully furnished bright double on the first floor, with two windows. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, bedside cabinet and a desk and chair (perfect for working from home). There is a well-appointed kitchen with a washing machine, large fridge and separate freezer, a shared lounge with dining table, also a large airing cupboard and plenty of under stairs storage. The bathroom has a basin, loo and bath with shower over. One room is ensuite so you would share the bathroom with two others. There’s also another separate loo and basin downstairs (so no queues in the morning!). Bills are not included but council tax/broadband/gas/electricity/tv licence/water comes to around £140 per month each (subject to change). A covered parking space next to the house is available for a small monthly fee.

Tufnell Park tube is 5-10 minutes walk away. There are also buses from the end of the street to Central London, Camden, Kings Cross, Euston. The house is about a 15-20 minute walk to Kentish Town and to Hampstead Heath which are both good places to explore. The area has plenty of pubs, restaurants and independent shops plus a Sainsburys and a Co-op.. It’s a great place to live!

The current housemates are friendly and easy going, keen to find a like-minded housemate who’ll also help keep the house clean and tidy. The room is available from 21 February (or maybe a few days earlier).
