Double room in a great location!

Hi all,

We are looking for a new female flatmate to join us in our cozy and friendly house!

The house is located in a quiet residential area by Parliament Hill Fields, 10-15 min walk to Tufnell Park, Archway and Gospel Oak station.

You will be sharing with 2 males and 1 female of age 36 (Tibetan), 35 (Spanish) and 47 (Greek).

Late 30s early 40s FEMALE ONLY

The room is a small double and comes with a desk and wardrobe. There is the option to paint your room as you'd like or change the furniture.
The house is old but homely and the landlady is great and we have a good and trusting relationship with her.

Rent - £550pcm (includes water and council tax)
Bills - £70pcm (electricity and internet)
In the winter months the bills may be a bit higher

There are lots of great pubs/cafes around and Hampstead Heath is 5 min walk away which is fantastic!

Buses (5 min walk)
214, 88 (24hr) towards Angel, Moorgate or Oxford Circus
C11 (to Swiss Cottage, Brent Cross)

We are looking for someone kind, fun, creative, open and considerate of others and levels of noise, clean and tidy - we follow a weekly rota and stick to it.

We are all full time working professionals and are looking for another professional to share the home and some chats with :) If schedules align we do eat together and overall there is a sharing atmosphere in the house.

Professions of flatmates:

Project Manager for a charity (plays tibetan guitar too)

Counsellor/Therapist (also singer songwriter and jewellery maker)

History Teacher (politics, sports, travelling)
