The flat is located on a really nice picturesque street 5 min walk from Tuffnell Park Station, close to local ammenities, cafès, pubs, supermarkets. A 20 min walk to Camden, 10 min walk to Kentish Town, Holloway and Archway. The Heath is but a 15 min walk.

The flat is in really good condition, with all the necessities.

You’d be sharing the flat with Sam, a freelance photographer and videographer, and Gulliver aka Gully the friendliest cat you’ll ever meet. So prospective flatmate needs to be an animal lover, preferably vegetarian. Viewings are essential.

Bills are not included but they come up to about £100/month per person.
