The kitchen was fully refurbished in November 2019, the bathroom in 2022, and the living room was refreshed last year. Direct access to the garden from your room + shed for storage/bike.
Looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate.
5min walk to the Tulse Hill station - Southern and Thameslink trains. 500m from Brockwell Park. And a 10min bus to Brixton.

Well looked after home, and a housemate who's willing to set you up as a netflix user.
