We have got a front and back gardens fully fenced. We have a lovely and spacious back garden that we keep well maintained. It’s got a BBQ place, a table, chairs, awning and a shed for extra storage.
A smaller front garden with a parking space for motorbikes/bicycles.

If in possession of a car, it’s possible to park it for free.

There are two bathrooms, an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet with a shower room.

The boiler is new as well as all the radiators through out the house.
Close to x 3 train stations: Streatham Hill, Tulse Hill and West Norwood.
The nearest Tube station is Brixton, 6 stops away by bus.
