The room has a double bed, it is fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, wall shelves, and a computer desk+chair.

All bills are included, such as, Water, Gas, Electricity, Wi-Fi broadband, Council tax, Service charge, and a cleaner x 2 per month. The other x 2 weeks + cleaning materials are shared amongst the tenants.

New American fridge, Microwave, new washing machine, new cooker/oven, dining table and chairs, leather sofa, LD TV are available.
The boiler is new as well as all the radiators through out the house.

There is a front and back gardens fully fenced. We have a lovely and spacious back garden that we keep well maintained. It’s got a BBQ place, a table, chairs, awning and a shed for extra storage.
A smaller front garden with a parking space for motorbikes/bicycles.

If in possession of a car, it’s possible to park it for free.

There are two bathrooms, an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet with an Italian shower room.

Close to x 3 train stations: Streatham Hill, Tulse Hill and West Norwood.
The nearest Tube station is Brixton, 6 stops away by bus.
Good conections to London Bridge/Victoria Station by train.
Main bus routes are available nearby. As well as plenty of night buses

The high street has several amenities, such as lots of shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, cinema and banks... 

Brockwell Park, a very large park with a lido sports centre, sports courts, gardens, lake, etc is just a 8 minute walk away from the house.
