Double room available for 12 month let in Tulse Hill in a two bed attic flat. The landlady will also consider 6-9 month lets.

My flatmate has moved out of the area and I am looking for professional to rent out her cosy double room in a lovely, clean and homely flat just by Brockwell Park.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Lots of space and the room looks out onto lovely green garden. The flat has a living room, kitchen big enough for two and bathroom with shower with a bath.
New washing machine and fridge freezer.

I am a teacher in early 30s, looking for a friendly and tidy professional to share this lovely place with me. I work long hours in the week but enjoy being out at weekends (pre-Covid), seeing friends, checking out exhibitions, gigs, swimming, etc. Hopefully we can do this soon. I am friendly and easy going but also tidy and clean. Looking for a flatmate who would like to make the place a home. Who enjoys being friendly but also respects each other’s own space.
