Large Double Room in Sunny House with Garden

Hi,

I'm off to Australia with work so looking to let out my room.
It's a large double room in the 4 bedroom house, with a living room and a large garden.
There are currently 3 other house mates. We're all professionals and are in and out but get along well.

The house:
The house has a garage (for bike storage). There's also a drive and plenty of space on the street for parking.
There's a large garden with a patio and bbq. The garden backs onto the allotments and is really quiet and peaceful.
Generally the house is a quiet and laidback space and we try and keep it tidy.
The house has an upstairs bathroom with a separate shower bath and a second one downstairs.

The room:
It's a large double with absolutely loads of storage space - in the form of big built in wardrobes. The room has a large bay window which looks out onto the street.

Dulwich is a lovely area and it's really quiet and peaceful. We're really close to Brockwell park with it's amazing lido.

Transport:
We're in walking distance of both Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations and there are lots of buses to take you wherever you need.
