The room is a good size with solid wood floors, overlooking gardens and trees to the back. It’s furnished with a wooden bed and comfy mattress, large chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. See video for a full tour of the flat.

The ideal flatmate is relaxed, friendly considerate and tidy. Current tenants have lived in the flat for over 4 years. Both are male, early 30s (a personal trainer and a professional chef). Both are calm, mature, polite and respectful and treat the flat well. I couldn’t ask for nicer tenants.

This flat is split level. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Kitchen, living room and balcony are downstairs. Flat is bright and airy with large windows throughout. Living room also has a sofa bed

Living room is bright with a south west facing balcony and outdoor armchair. Wooden floors and double glazing are throughout the flat. Flat is very warm in winter and energy efficient.

About me: I’m a live out landlord. I live nearby in brixton. This flat was my home before I moved out to live with my partner and I take good care of it. I’m looking for someone who will do the same.

No agents fees, but I do ask for references and 1 months rent as deposit.
