Large room available in a large, welcoming, 2-person flat near Brixton (Tulse Hill)!

The available double bedroom is big (15ft length x 15ft width) with built-in storage and great natural light. Other rooms include large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The whole place is also double-glazed and set back from the road so is lovely and quiet. We also have access to a lovely communal garden at the rear.

We're located right next to the beautiful Brockwell Park, and a stone's throw from Tulse Hill and Herne Hill stations and a local co-op store. Easy access to central via rail, or via the Victoria Line in Brixton.

We have the top-tier Virgin Media internet package installed. It's incredibly fast, and great for those who WFH. Kitchen has a massive fridge with plenty of space and washer-dryer.

The only other flatmate is me, who lives in the second bedroom. I work in charity and am a nerd who spends most of his time on the PC when I'm not walking the pup. I'm looking for a flatmate who loves dogs and will relish living with the pup as much as I do. We're both pretty sociable (especially the pup) and would be great to share some of our movie nights and dusk walks with a housemate, though this is by no means mandatory.
