Room in garden flat - Sept 18 short-term

Hey there
Large room in a lovely sunny Victorian house is available from around the 18th September for about 2 months. Double bed, wardrobe, chair, desk. in the room. Bedding included if needed. .

Rent of 220 pw and is inclusive of fast wifi and other bills. 



The quirky Victorian flat has wooden floors and high ceilings, off street parking and fantastic sunny garden with hammock and bbq.

This is a short term rental and I am a long term tenant. I like travel, mubi, swimming, yoga, languages. I work partly from home teaching, partly in Ireland in set design.

Looking for someone to join who enjoys a good coffee and hanging out sometimes, also happy in their own company.

Flatmates will be myself, who is away partly next couple of months and Mo, an all round great guy, who works out 4 days a week.



Tulse hill is well connected :
Direct train to London Bridge and Kings cross (25 M)

10 minute bus to Brixton to get the victoria line
, 40 minutes direct to Covent Garden on X68
.

Nearby is Brockwell park for a run or a swim, tennis courts and table tennis at Hillside park around the corner.

Nearby Co op supermarket, The Railway pub and Castelo, a great Portuguese cafe. West Norwood just up the road.
