Double Room in nice flat - Tulse Hill

Hi there.
I’m Sarah 35 from Manchester I’ve lived in in south london for a few years and in particular this flat so consider it a nice home.
Looking for someone who is chilled and enjoys hanging out together at home but also has their own friends in London. Ideally also someone who doesn’t work from home every day: I usually work from home 2/3 days a week so we can alternate if that works.

The room is a big front room and includes all furniture even thought the flat is originally unfurnished..

The easiest way to explain the rent is that it’s £887 Including all bills and internet you pay that directly to me and I sort everything out. The landlord covers the electric which is nice. Happy to screenshot the amounts from my bank too if you are worried about being ripped off ;)

It has a big garden with nice seating, and a big communal kitchen living. the area has great pubs, bars and places to eat and good transport links to other areas of London.

I’m friendly and chilled enjoy music, pubs, Netflix.
