Fun flat in south London

Hi there.
I’m Sarah 33 from Manchester I’ve lived in in south london for a few years and in particular this flat so consider it a nice home. Looking for someone who is chilled and enjoys hanging out together at home but also has their own friends in London,

The room is a big front room and includes all furniture even thought the flat is originally unfurnished..

The easiest way to explain the rent is that it’s £830 Including all bills not gas yet but I have changed this to monthly now and you can pay that directly to me and I sort everything out. The landlord covers the electric which is nice.

It has a big garden with nice seating, and a big communal kitchen living. the area has great pubs, bars and places to eat and good transport links to other areas of London.

I’m friendly and chilled enjoy music, pubs, Netflix. I like to have friends over in the garden in the summer!
