The Room

The room has a solid, high-quality double bed with a very comfy mattress, a grey/white desk and desk chair, lounge chair, bedside table, white chest of drawers and large wardrobe. There are also floor to ceiling blackout curtain and the flooring is plush grey carpet. There is a money plant and aloe vera plant in the room but I can take those out and you can bring your own if you prefer.

About Us

We are a professional couple in our late 30s and early 40s with a slightly unconventional set up as we occupy separate bedrooms. This is because I work days while my partner works nights.

The House

There is a modern shared bathroom with bath tub and shower. We will also share the kitchen and living room with a TV. There is high speed Sky broadband. There is a washing machine and dryer and a front and back garden. There are solid wood windows throughout. We don’t have pets.

Transport

There is a bus stop 4 minutes from the house on Tulse Hill which is served by 3 buses that can take you Brixton or Tulse Hill. Brixton Hill is a 12-minute walk away and is served by at least 8 buses that can take you to Streatham, Brixton, Clapham and many other areas. We are located n Zone 2 with extremely good transport links. Brixton station at the end of the Victoria Line and will get you to central London in fifteen minutes.

There are also overground stations within walking distance: Brixton, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill.

The Area

The house is on a friendly, well-kept street. There is a beautiful park 5 minutes away, Brockwell Park which has a lido and a gym. Less than 3 minutes away, there is a parade of shops which includes a lovely pub serving really tasty food, a corner shop, a post office, a pilates studio and a record shop.

All bills included in rent, including broadband and council tax.

Viewings
Can take place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday or weekends.
