Light-filled single room next to Brockwell Park

I am a professional actor, queer woman and single Mum. My 20 year old son will be part of our household when he is down from Manchester Uni where he now studies. We are a social household and enjoy eating together, playing board games and chatting. We are not TV watchers and don't actually have a TV. As we don't have a sitting room, the kitchen is the hub of the house. We have two elderly cats who potter about the place and spend most of the time sleeping. I am a cold water swimmer and swim in the wonderful Brockwell Lido every morning, which is a 10 minute walk away. We often picnic in the park during the summer, as it's like our back garden, 1 minute from our front door. As far as I'm concerned, when you are here, my house is your house and we function as a family. All guests are welcome and it's a pretty free and easy atmosphere.

Oh, and we are Council Tax Band D. (Apparently I have to put that in!)
