I currently rent this flat with a friend who is leaving to move in with his partner. I'm keen to keep my tenancy and essentially swap him out on the tenancy agreement - the current term runs to February 2026. The landlord is a very nice guy, attentive to any issues etc.
The flat is on the top floor of the building, recently renovated, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and separate living and kitchen spaces. We are right next to Tulse Hill train station with direct connections to Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross & London Bridge. There are buses to Brixton and Clapham, and we are a 5min walk from Brockwell Park. There is a Co-op, several pubs and an Anytime Fitness gym around the corner too.
Please note that the available bedroom is furnished with a bed & mattress, and the rest of the flat is furnished.
I'm 24 and starting out in my career, and would ideally like someone a similar age and similar position. I would be keen to avoid any guarantors/students - sorry! This is a great, affordable place to live and I would be keen for someone who will love it here as much as I do.
The rent is £687.50pcm, with bills (council tax, utility, Wi-Fi) averaging £170-200 pcm - a total of approximately £890 pcm.
