The available room is a double room, fully furnished, with an en-suite bathroom. There is more than enough room for a desk and more storage.

Available from 14th October 2024 until 13th of February 2025.
The room is £830 a month without bills which usually range from £90-£180 from summer to winter, covering water, WiFi, insurance, electricity & council tax - Band D (we don’t have gas). The deposit is £941.00.

We are looking for someone to join our three bed flat near Streatham hill and Tulse Hill, close to brockwell park. I am moving in with my partner and we are looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid October onwards.
We are a friendly and sociable flat who enjoy going to the pub, chill evenings and an occasional board game. It’s important that the person that joins us is sociable and respectful and is happy to live in a LGBTQ+ friendly flat.

We are looking for someone aged 23-27 who is easy going and tidy.

About us:
Harriet is 24 and works for Ofgem. They enjoy the outdoors and going to the gym. Also enjoy a pub trip, bouldering, cooking and a watching movies.

Zoë is 24 and works in Customer Success. She enjoys the outdoors and trying any new sport introduced to her. Down for movie nights, pub nights, and everything in between.

The flat is a large ground floor space in a secure apartment complex with a private garden (great for BBQ-ing). We have a large kitchen/ living room and calm communal space. The road is very very quiet but close to Streatham hill and Tulse Hill train stations and a billion bus stops. We have a Londis opposite the flat which is extremely convenient but we are quite close to multiple food shops.
