Room in a very pretty 2-bed with a garden

I have a beautiful room going in my flat, situated in a pretty neighbourhood just a short walk to both Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations. The area itself is very cool, lots of wholesome stores, independent pubs, etc.

From here, it’s only a 40-minute train ride to central London, making it ideal for commuting or exploring the city.
It’s also in close distance to other cute towns nearby, like Dulwich and crystal palace for sunday markets.

I’m a very chilled person and quite new to London myself, so would love to consider you a friend! I’m also frequently away, which means you’ll have the place to yourself from time to time.

There is a private basement too for storage (orrrr wine).

There is also a lovely garden space too!

Bills are between £110 - £150 a month (depending on winter usage).
