Bright double room in Tulse Hill - £700pm + bills

We are looking for a lovely new housemate to take a double room with us, with an ideal start date of 1st November! ⭐️

The room is medium sized with a double bed and 2 windows with curtains. Comes with the bed frame, mattress, and a chest of drawers. The room is £700 pm excluding bills, which are under £100 pm. Full amenities and a 10 min walk to Brockwell Park 🌳🌲 with great public transport links!

We have 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet each. We share a lounge room, dining room, and large kitchen all with lots of windows and natural light ☀️☀️ We have a washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a raised garden which we host drinks in during the summer 🍻🍹

The house is nicely located just opposite Tulse Hill station on the Thameslink - which has trains to London Bridge, 🐘&🏰, and other central London stops in about 10 mins. There are also frequent buses to Brixton station which take about 10 mins to get there. We have some bars around us too, chemists, and a Co-op 1 minute away. You can get to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Iceland within a 10 min walk.

Your flatmates would be Aurora (25, Italian, working in publishing), Joe (29, English, working in film and TV), Cosmo (30, English, working in journalism), and Saskia (27, Australian, working in cyber risk analysis). Saskia and Cosmo share a room making it a 4 bedroom house with 5 housemates. We are quite a social house and love hanging out together and including each other in plans!

We are looking for someone clean & tidy, any gender, and around our ages.

We do have an adopted old cat called Polpetta 🐈 who is low maintenance and does her own thing.
