Hi! This room is NOW available in our flat and we are looking for a flatmate to complete our home, and hopefully become a friend too! (LGBTQ+ friendly household.)
Here’s some brief info about the flat, room and transport. Do ask if you’d like to find out more about the place, or us!
ROOM: The room is large and bright, including a fitted wardrobe, standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty room for you to add a desk.
TRANSPORT: Herne Hill (10 min walk through Brockwell Park); Tulse Hill (10-15 min walk; Brixton (20 min walk). There’s a bus stop outside the flat. We’re well connected, a Thameslink service to central/Victoria takes 10 minutes.
LIVING: There is a shared kitchen and living space and small balcony area. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
BILLS/RENT: Rent is as stated, and we can discuss with you more about date payable depending on your circumstances. You may wish to sublet, or pay a deposit and join the contract. We are also open to short-term sublets. The bills average about £60 each per month.
ABOUT US: We are 3 young professionals, all outgoing people with our own lives but also keen to share evening and weekends together when we can. Abi (25) graduate architect, full-time employed. Hanna (23) works full-time for a building materials company. Bibi (25) working in book publishing. We work hybrid.
We are clean, respectful flatmates and we all like to cook, drink nice coffee, read books, and explore the local pubs.
