ABOUT ME (Live-in Landlord)

I am a 31-year-old who works full time at a Fintech. I like to keep active and enjoy lots of different sports (cycling, running, tennis, golf etc.). I also enjoying watching the Premier League (Chelsea FC fan). I am a sociable person and keep busy on weekends seeing friends/going to events/doing sport such as parkrun, cycles etc.

During the week I work in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and every other Friday and I work from home the other days. If you work from home too that would not be a problem. I am very respectful of individual spaces but more than happy to socialise over a coffee or Dinner!

In terms of what I am looking for in a flatmate, ideally, I am looking for a young professional someone with similar interests and routines. I like to keep the flat neat and tidy and I pay for a cleaner to come in every other week to maintain standards (note a share of this cost would not be added to the room, room cost is £900 all included).
