Hi - I’m Harry (M28) and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this 2-bedroom flat located in Tulse Hill after Christmas.
You will be living with Jack, 30, a sporty Man City fan who works in events.
It is a large double room of a basement flat and it will come fully furnished, as will the living area; equipped with Netflix, Amazon, sky etc. There is a large wooden table meaning it’s fairly easy to set up a wfh station if you wanted.
Tulse Hill is a super convenient location. There are direct trains to London Bridge, Farringdon and Brixton is only a 5-10 minute bus journey away if you needed to get in the Victoria Line. Tooting is also only a stones throw away too. There’s also an outside bike shed for those who cycle into work.
There are plenty of shops nearby and a couple of great pubs in The Railway Tavern and The Queen of the South.
It is a very quiet road and as it is a basement flat it stays warm even in sub zero temperatures, so heating bills come in very low.
I have paid rent until 7th January and ideally the tenancy takeover would take place at this stage but I am flexible with this date. The current tenancy runs until 7th September 2025.
