This period converted flat has got extremely high ceilings, and VERY big period windows. It’s the top floor / first floor. No one lives above this flat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer.

It’s a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge at front with two massive period windows.

The bathroom is a decent size and the bathtub is bigger than average.

The bedroom is big enough for what it is. You could fit a chest of drawers if you need to.

There is also a pauntry room on mezzanine level with washing machine and storage facility ( yes wow )
I am leaving this place March 15th ( to be confirmed due completion on a place I have bought ) otherwise I certainly wouldn’t be leaving this gem!

The landlord is nice and very chilled . Talking to other Neighboors ( one has been on ground floor for 15 years ) the landlord almost never raises the rent … just be nice and look after the flat and be kind to Neighboors who have been here very long .

I am looking for someone to replace me as soon as I move to my own flat. I imagine I will be bombarded with messages but before you message me please bear in mind the following brand new items I bought to make this flat a nice home. I will give priority to those who buy the brand new items ( I will cover the installation and delivery fees )

3 x big roller blinds
Mirror
(Total about about £300 I have kept the receipts I will hand it over to you)

I have paid someone to remove the old curtains and install the blinds and mirror but I will cover that myself.

I have also bought some danish style lamps but I will be returning / refund these soon unless you want them.

The bed is UK double size I will be leaving this for free.

I will also be leaving the bookshelf and wardrobe for free.


The sofa is L shape leather vintage - I am open to offers. I am happy to keep it to myself or sell it if a good offer.
The flat is NOT suitable for parties. Neighboors are families with small children.
You are welcome to come see the flat before making a decision. It’s an absolute bargain in a great area! I cycle everywhere from here but Brixton tube ( VERY short bus ride ) or overground (15-20min ride ) into LBridge / Farringdon / kings X all within 3-5 min walk.

First viewings will take place this Friday 14th.
