Hey everyone! I’ll be spending time back home in Iceland for most of January and February and I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely little flat🤍

- Bright spacious flat with south facing windows, all bills included, fully furnished and all appliances you need🌞
- Separate kitchen and living room
- Newly painted and decorated 🖼️

About the area:
- Set in a safe and friendly area in Tulse Hill it’s got everything you’d ever need🌿
- Brockwell Park is minutes away, a cute pub, small Tesco, huge Sainsbury’s and a lovely bakery are all within walking distance along with so much more🍻
- Bus stops just down the road (4 min walk) with multiple buses and it’s only a short bus ride to Brixton station (Victoria line) or Stockewell (Northern Line) and Tulse Hill station (overground train station)🚉

Rental details:
350£ per week with all bills included (council tax, gas, water, heating and internet)💡
References are required and viewings will be held from the 27th of December 📆📄

Note that it is an old building and on the third floor so you will need to be able to walk up two flights of stairs to rent this apartment🫶
Move in/move out dates are flexible and short term lets are considered. Apartment will be available from the 7th of January (with a possibility of an earlier move in date) until the end of February (with a possibility of an extension) ☺️
