Hello, I’m Harry and I’m looking for someone to replace me in a 2 bedroom flat in Tulse Hill.
Here's a bit about the house:
🏡 The Property:
• 2 large double bedrooms. Both of which are fully furnished and come with plenty of storage.
• 1 full bathroom (shower & bath)
• Large living area and fully stocked kitchen (Kettle, Coffee Machine, Pans, Cutlery) with plenty of storage
• Washing machine, Dish Washer and hoover are all provided by the landlord
• Decent size garden
• Basement flat meaning bills are particularly low as the property is kept naturally warm throughout winter.
• Parking available on the driveway if you need it
• Bike Storage shed out the front with a lock on it
🚃 Transport
• 5 minute walk to Tulse Hill Station. Regular northern direct trains to London Bridge and Farringdon. Regular Southern Trains to Wimbledon and Croydon.
• 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus to Brixton and the Victoria Line.
• 5-10 minute runs to Tooting Common, Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park. All of which are ideal to run around if you are into that 🏃♂️
📑 The tenancy
• Duration: The current tenancy is until September 8th 2025
• Rent: £1,150 per month (excl. bills, likely ~£100 per month)
• Move-in date: I have paid rent up until the 7th February and ideally this would be the date we change over. However, I am due to complete at the end of January on the house I am buying and so there is potential to move once this happens if we can make something work.
• Deposit: ~£1300
👫 About the other flatemate:
• Jack is a 30 year old lad from Cheshire who is into his sport, socialising and fitness. He works in events and his offices are in Belsize Park. He has plenty of friends in South London and has plans most weekends meeting up with them. He has been very easy to live with and sorts all of the bills out.
• Works from home 2 days a week
• Jack is a Man City fan so it may be wise to not bring that up for a few weeks. ⚽️
🤝 About You:
• Male between the age of 24-35
• Easy going, interesting and prepared to get along with your other flatmate
