Double room, short-term let, bills included

Room available in a two-bed, third floor flat with impressive London skyline views from the bedroom, living room, and balcony. The room includes a brand new double bed and mattress and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has a sofa and dining table and chairs. All bills included.

The flat is located in a great area with pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, markets, and the lovely Brockwell Park all within easy walking distance. The area is also serviced by a number of train stations and bus routes.

The room is only available until Sat 31st May.
I am a 35-year-old female who works with children and young people. I enjoy cosy nights in with a nice home-cooked meal or takeaway, binging Netflix shows, but also like to get out and about. My interests include going to the theatre, comedy shows, restaurants, pubs, and bars. I love gigs, raves, and festivals (house, dance, hip hop, RnB, disco, soul, jazz mainly). I also enjoy going to yoga and boxercise classes and going for walks around London, especially markets, parks and riverside locations.

I'd like to share the flat with someone who likes living in a clean and tidy, but also relaxed environment. It would be lovely to live with someone who shares some of my interests and who's up for socialising now and then, even if it is only for a short time!
