Double room (10mins to Tulse Hill Station) - July

I am moving out July and I am looking for a flatmate to replace me at a great house in Tulse Hill. There are three other professionals living in the flat who are a looking for another professional to join them. The room is £900 pcm including bills (internet and TV license also included).

This is a 4-person house in Tulse hill, just 5-10 minutes from Tulse Hill Station. Tulse Hill Station has regular trains into London Bridge, with good links into Shoreditch and East London on the Overground. It also has Thameslink with quick trains into central London. There are regular buses from just down the road to Brixton (Victoria Line) and Stockwell (Northern Line).

The house has four bedrooms, two toilets and 1 bathroom. It has a large living room with a TV and space for home working. The kitchen/dining area is large, overlooking a spacious garden. There is a utility room with a washing machine.

The bedroom is located on the first floor - it has a double bed, with a wardrobe and two chests of draws. The window is big looking over residential gardens.
