Bright double room available in Tulse Hill ☀️

Looking for someone to fill a room in a friendly four bed house in Tulse Hill, starting in early/mid April.

The room is medium sized with a double bed and a desk (both included). The room is £792 monthly excluding bills, which are around £100 pm. Full amenities and a 10 min walk to Brockwell Park 🌳🌲 with great public transport links!

We have two bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet each. We share a big lounge room, dining room and large kitchen all with lots of windows and natural light ☀️☀️ We have a washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a raised garden which we host drinks in during the summer 🍻🍹

The house is nicely located just opposite Tulse Hill station, which has trains to London Bridge, 🐘&🏰 and other central London stops. There are also frequent buses to Brixton station which take about 10 mins to get there. We have some bars around us too, chemists and a Co-op one minute away. You can get to Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Iceland in ten minutes.

We are a social house and hang out together so are looking for someone friendly who can fit in with that. The current housemates are Cosmo (30, journalist), Saskia (27, cyber security analyst), Jack (28, in sales) and Guto (24, works for the council).
