Description
Hello!
I am looking to fill the 2nd bedroom in a 2-bed flat in Tulse Hill.
About the flat:
Rented through an agency so references will be required. (Deposit is £1096, full deposit £2192, split 50/50 with me)
Located within 5 minutes of Tulse Hill Station, ideal for professionals working around London Bridge (Southern) or the Blackfriars/the City (Thameslink). West Norwood Station js about 15 minute walk away with trains to Victoria (Southern).
The room comes furnished with a double bed with storage, wardrobe and a desk.
The flat has a beautiful, large living room which fits a 6 person dining table. The kitchen is spacious with a good sized fridge, new dishwasher, and washing machine. I've brought with me a good stock of kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc).
Bathroom has a shower tub combo.
There is also a storage cupboard for items like vacuum, extra towels etc.
Also comes with a parking space behind a coded gate.
About me!
I am 33 year old professional who works in higher Ed. I am in the office 4 days a week but often travel for work on Fridays/weekends.
I love rugby so would enjoy a fellow fan so we can watch games together but certainly not a requirement! I play tag rugby and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Codenames is my favourite board game and I'm still working on my skill at splitting the G. Otherwise its a glass of Malbec or a G&T.
The area:
I love the area, I've been here for 6 years in one flat or another. West Norwood High Street has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes to enjoy, including a top 20 rated Thai place (according to TimeOut!). We are also only a 15 minute walk from Brockwell Park. A great place for a coffee (or chai latte in my case) and a Sunday morning walk.
Bills:
I've only just moved in myself so still sorting out all the bills but expect them to come to just under £200 (Lambeth council tax, phew!)
Monthly for the flat--
Water: £66
Energy: £103.10
Internet (Sky Fibre Broadband): £35
Council Tax: band D, estimate £163
Very happy to answer any other questions. Just pop me a message, tell me a bit about yourself (or link me to your ad!)
