Hey! I’m Sam and I’m looking for someone to join me in my two-bed flat in Tulse Hill !
Location:
- Flat block on quiet and leafy tree-lined road
- 5min walk to Tulse Hill Station, with trains getting you to London Bridge in 20min, Farringdon (in 20 min), Blackfriars (in 15 min), St Pancras/Kings Cross (in 35min), Peckham (in 10min), and Tooting (in 8min)
- Frequent 24/7 buses to/from Brixton tube (Victoria Line/night tube) in 10min, and Clapham Common
- 24/7 gym 10min walk away
- Very close to Brockwell Park and its lido
- Big shops nearby
- Lots of nice pubs (The Railway!) and cafes near

- I’m looking for someone who is looking to help make my house a home rather than the flat ‘just’ be a place to sleep. You’ll be friendly, tidy, considerate, up for a laugh and looking to explore more of the local area!
Me:
- I’m a 25-year-old professional working at a university. I’ve lived in house shares for 8 years now and would say I’m easy going, tidy, and likes to socialise with others !
- I usually spend my free time on weekends/weeknights either at R&B gigs, going to dance classes, at the gym, and meeting up with pals for a natter !
- I’m a queer man and so I’m looking for either a queer housemate or LGBT+ friendly!
The flat:
- Bedroom: Large south-facing double room, fully furnished including double bed and mattress, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers, shelves, and an in-built large wardrobe.
- Kitchen: Includes dishwasher, airfryer, blender, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc
- Living Room: fully furnished with super comfy L-shape sofa and TV
- Storage: There is a cupboard in the hallway, and also a larger lockable separate garage in the corridor outside the flat where I keep suitcases etc (and you can also do this if you would like!).
- Bills around £150p/month
