Lovely clean 3 bedroom flat situated in Tulse Hill estate. 5 min bus ride to Brixton. 2 min walk to Tesco express and brockwell park. This is my home and I currently let out a room already (5 year stay thus far). Following the departure of my long term tenant, I have a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes to let. We all work hard with full time jobs and love the peacefulness of getting home and having our privacy. I am looking for a sensible and calm profession who will be mindful of noise. I am not looking for someone that works from home, a student or that brings people over. We are a quiet and peaceful house and always have been. There is a kitchen, sitting room and separate toilet and bathroom to share. .
