A very large double available 5/10 minutes away from Tulse Hill station in a quite residential area.

Bills are not included. Bills will be roughly £70-£100 per month (depending on the season) and includes wifi, electricity, gas, water and council tax.

There are myself and two other male in the house. Two of us are 27 years old working professionals who WFH 2 days. The other is 30 years old and does not work from home. We are all sociable guys who love to go to the gym, cook, go to the pub and the usual things but also very much like our own time too.

One of the other rooms has an en-suit so the bathroom is shared between only 3. No shared living room.

We are looking for a similar aged individual who is clean, sociable and respectful.
