Hi everyone, our housemate has moved out a few days ago and we are looking for someone to takeover her tenancy. She has paid the September rent so if you move in asap you won't have to pay for anything this month!!
It is a 5 bedroom houseshare, with tidy and friendly people. They usually keep to themselves but will hang out if we've had the same day off or organise something in the chat!
One housemate also has cats so you must be okay with this, however they both usually stay in the bedroom and the older kitty is quite shy. Feel free to add more critters to the house.
There is good transport links, with a bus stop a 1 minute walk away with a night bus. The nearest tube station is Brixton, which is a 7-15 minute bus depending on time of day and traffic. There is also a few shops nearby if you ever need something quickly!
The room will come with: bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and desk.
The shower is great with a modern double head design and good water pressure/temperature. The flat itself has a large garden with a fire pit. There is also plenty of cupboard space available in the kitchen and housemates are happy for you to add decorations in the shared areas! There also is a private door in your room to the garden if you prefer privacy or a quick smoke. The room itself is right next to the kitchen and living room on the first floor.
