Great short term sublet Dec/Jan near Brixton ☀️

Subletting my 1 bedroom in Tulse hill for 4 weeks while being away.

Second floor, no lift, wide windows and lots of light during day time, short 4min walk from Tulse hill rail station , short bus ride to Brixton tube station 🚇 lots of shops under the flat and around in the area
There's a big separate bedroom, nice bathroom with tub, wifi system to listen music and projector if you wanna watch a movie.
Bedsheets and towels included 🫧
There's sadly no WIFI included but you can prepay EE or other network day or weekly pass if you don't have data from your phone.

Only requirement is to water my plants once a week 🌿
I'll expect someone who's respectful of the space they're living in and I'll ask for a small deposit as a safety guarantee that I will return back.

Date are from 26th of Dec to 22nd of Jan but i'm up for shorter periods for the right person.
