1 Bed Flat - Short term lets

I’m looking to rent out my furnished 1 bed flat, which is a 2 minute walk from Tule Hill station, which is a direct train straight into the City within 17 minutes.

I currently stay away from London for the majority of my time, therefore looking for a short term let of up to 1 month at a time, or would be open to have an agreement of certain week nights and weekend stays for working professionals. I can be flexible what days it can be available.

It will come fully furnished, as a functioning household with everything you need. It is an ideal location being such a short walk to the City Thameslink and Southern Line, which will get you into London Bridge under 20 minutes.

£350 per week, which can be prorated depending on the nights which you stay. Bills will be added on top of £25 per week / pro rated with the stay.
