Description
About the flat:
It's a cosy little flat on Thurlow Park Road. The windows of the flat are situated towards the back of the property (south facing) therefore, the rooms get a lot of sunshine throughout the day. That also makes the flat quieter, as it's not really picking up the traffic noise one might expect from the main road.
The room in question is the bigger one of the two in the flat. The living room could use some interior design touches so if that's your passion go wild :)
It's pretty well connected with Central London, the walk to Tulse Hills station (with trains to London Bridge & Blackfriars, connection via Peckham Rye for overground) is only 4 minutes.. Also handy is the West Dulwich Station (for trains Victoria) around 10 minute walk away. Otherwise there's always buses 415, 3 & 468 to Brixton and Victoria Line from there.
There's a lot of parks (Dulwich, Brockwell) nearby which is pretty lovely in the Spring-Autumn season, local Picturehouse in West Norwood and a bunch of solid pubs.
The bills come together to around £151 per month person. The council tax is band C...
In my personal opinion its a gem of a flat, especially in this economy and I've been very happy here but feel free to check it out for yourselves :)
About me:
I'm a camera assistant in Film & TV industry. That keeps me pretty busy and the hours can be at times unsociable so I'm actually rarely in. I store some of my work kit on a shelving unit next to the fridge (featured in the pics)... sorry about that!
There isn't that much more to me to be honest... I love films and pop culture in general. I attempt playing tennis around 3 times a week and cycle quite a bit (but only in good weather). I'm vegan, so on paper would prefer to share someone who doesn't eat meat but equally it's not a dealbreaker.
