En Suite Double Room in Tulse Hill

One of our flatmates is moving out in September and we are looking for someone to take the room. Our tenancy runs to the 7th of April 2026 and we will have the opportunity to extend it. Looking for someone to take the room until the end of the contract at least and ideally someone interested in remaining longer.

The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double bed and a built in wardrobe, as well as a French balcony. Plenty of room for a desk.

It’s a 3 bed flat on the top floor of the building with a decently sized living room and kitchen with a double height ceiling and another balcony, so gets a lot of light. Washing machine etc all included. There’s a bus stop across the street to quickly get into Brixton, otherwise it’s about a 15 / 20 min walk to the tube.

We are practically on Brockwell park with a gate to the park just a couple of seconds away from the door. The flats all have parking spots behind secure gates in the courtyard. Our parking spot isn’t used so if you have a car, you are welcome to it.

We work a mixture of in the office and wfh. We keep the flat tidy and it’s peaceful. Although we spend a lot of time keeping to ourselves, we’d like a flatmate who we could get along with and spend time together, whether at home or going out.
