A double room is available in a terraced house in Tulse Hill on a quiet street about a 4 minute walk from Tulse Hill train station.
Herne Hill is a 15 min walk away and brockwell park is 10mins.
A train to London Bridge is 19 minutes from Tulse Hill station. Kings Cross is 25 minutes from the station and West Dulwich station is a 10 minute walk from the property which is roughly 15 minutes to Victoria.
The kitchen and living room are shared by the other members of the house. We have a great sized, south facing garden.
The room available has a large window looking out the front of the property. Included is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. If you require a desk I am happy to leave mine as pictured.
As of the move in date; there are 3 mid-20s males living in the house, all interested in sports. l such as running, tennis and yoga. We are all young professionals. I work in the Insurance Industry.
Council tax is roughly £50 per month per person. Overall the bills amount to around £125 per month per person in the winter and then are cheaper in the summer.
My circumstances have changed and I am having to move out of the property earlier than expected. The move in date is flexible and I can arrange for my new tenancy to start earlier. The current tenancy agreement expires on the 26th October 2026. Any prospective new tenant will be added to this agreement in replacement of me.
