Double room in Tulse Hill – SUBLET

Hi everyone!

My name is Bea and I’m subletting my second bedroom in Tulse Hill for 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to a year.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from Tulse Hill station and has a private entrance. There are also bus stops right outside with buses 2 and 432 (10 mins to Brixton), and 468, 68 (which takes you to Denmark Hill, Elephant and Castle, etc), among others.

The room is a double bedroom, fully furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a brand-new bedframe (which will be set up before you move in). The walls are being repainted, so they will be freshly painted when you move in. There is also a closet with plenty of storage, plus a small TV and printer, which you’re welcome to have.

The flat has a washer, dryer, and you’re also welcome to use all of the kitchen appliances – I have an airfryer, slow cooker, toaster, rice cooker, hotpot, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and kettle.

This is a queer household, and I’ve made it as homey and comfortable as possible. I’m a professional in my late 20s, and I’m looking for someone tidy and respectful who will take care of the home as much as I do. Please note that I occasionally pet-sit, so it’d be great if you like dogs!

The rent is £900 per month, including all bills (broadband, council tax, water, electricity, and gas) to be paid on the 1st of each month. The first payment would be upon your move-in date.

Accessibility info: The flat is a basement flat with an upper ground-floor level (where my bedroom is). It is only accessible via a stack of stairs. Inside, the flat is split across two levels: the basement and the ground floor. There are stairs leading up to the second bedroom. The bedroom for rent, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor.

Move-in date: October 1st.
