Really cozy single room with single bed, built in wardrobe. Located on the first floor of purpose-built block. Access to bathroom in hallway just outside bedroom. The new lodger will have his own bathroom. You will be sharing the two-bedroom flat with the landlord, sometimes girlfriend stays over.
