Hello! Our flatmate is moving out from our lovely flat mid January and we are looking for a new person to join! 
Location:
We're on a quiet, leafy street just across the road from beautiful Brockwell Park - 2 min walk away.
Brixton (Tube & Train St) - 10mins by bus or 20min walk down the hill. Victoria line to Zone 1 within 7-10mins.
Herne Hill (Train St) - 15 min walk through Brockwell Park
Tulse Hill (Train St) - 15 min walk with regular train connections to Central London ( Southern Railway to London Bridge & Thameslink Railway to Blackfriars/Farrigndon/St Pancras Int)
Amenities:
Brockwell park is just across the road offering a great escape from city life, with amenities like cafes, tennis and basektball courts, and the Brockwell Lido.
Herne Hill is at the other side of the park (15-mins walk through it) with cafes, pubs, restaurants and Sunday local market.
The flat is also 20-mins walk from vibrant Brixton market and village.
There is a tesco local 5-mins walk from the flat and a bigger sainbury's 15-mins away.
The house:
A three bedroom flat with a large living room opening onto a small balcony (which overlooks a communal garden), a quite spacious kitchen and one bathroom.
The room:
Double room which comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The rent is £800 per month
The flatmates:
You would be sharing with Athina 30 years old and Sonia 42 years old. Athina is a doctor working at the hospital the whole week and Sonia is a landscape architect, working from home 3 days per week.
Expenses:
Monthly expenses are approximately £117 per person including council tax, electricity, internet and water.
We like to keep it homely here and keep the flat clean and tidy to a reasonable extend. We enjoy spending time together inside and outside of the house and we would like to share with someone open to a coffee (or wine) and a chat, but also respect each others personal space.
