* big into sports (football, rugby, cricket, tennis, you name it), as well as socialising and watching tv shows/films.
* in the office most of the week, so the flat’s nice and peaceful during the day, but I love to get out and about at weekends — usually out for dinner or catching up with friends over some kind of sports event!

* Tulse Hill is a lovely area with a bustling high street. The surrounding area is residential, with Brockwell Park only a short walk away from the flat itself.
* The flat is located on a quiet residential street only a 7-8 min walk from the station, and has good connections to the City and central London more generally.
* Direct train from Tulse Hill station to Blackfriars, Thameslink and Farringdon.
* Short bus journey to Brixton station for the Victoria line to Oxford Circus, Euston, St Pancras, etc
