We are looking for a new housemate to take a large double room with us, with a start date around the turn of the year ⭐️

The room is really big with large windows and lots of natural light. Comes with the bed frame, mattress, desk and a wardrobe + shelving unit. The room is £1,020 per month excluding bills, which are under £100. Full amenities and a ten minute walk to Brockwell Park 🌳🌲. The house also has great public transport links.

We have two bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet each. We share a lounge room, dining room, and large kitchen all with lots of windows and natural light ☀️☀️ We have a washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a raised garden which we host drinks in during the summer 🍻🍹

The house is nicely located just opposite Tulse Hill station on the Thameslink - which has trains to London Bridge, 🐘&🏰, and other central London stops in about 10 mins. There are also frequent buses to Brixton station which take about 10 mins to get there. We have some bars around us too, chemists and a Tesco and co-op one minute away.

Your flatmates would be Jack (30, works in sales), Adam (29, works for Citizens Advice), and Ellen (31, works in a theatre).

We are looking for people who are clean & tidy, any gender, and around our ages. And friends and partners welcome over of course.
