I’ve recently bought this place after being in house-shares for over 5 years. I loved my time within house shares and am definitely used to having housemates.
I’m renting out my spare room in my two bedroom flat and looking for a great new roommate. I want to find someone who’s not only a roommate but someone who’s great to share a space with!
I’m a professional currently working in Oval 3 days a week and wfm 2 days a week. I’m very social person who enjoys grabbing a drink but also enjoy my downtime in the shared living area with a tv show or movie.
The room itself is very big and fully furnished and has lots of space for WFH.
The flat is a lovely two bed flat in Tulse Hill. It’s very close to the station and basically a 3 min walk to Tulse Hill station (Thames link) which is 30mins to Farringdon. It’s also an 8 min walk to brockwell park and 10 mins to Belair park so can enjoy the wildlife.
