📅 Tenancy: Until 28th August, with renewal guaranteed by the landlord

🚿 Your room: En-suite bedroom with a comfy bed, wardrobe & drawers
🚿 Bathroom perks: Modern double-head shower with great pressure & temperature
🌳 Large garden with a fire pit — perfect for summer evenings
🍽 Spacious kitchen with loads of cupboard space
🎨 Housemates are super chill about adding décor to shared areas
🧩 Everyone does their own thing, but we love the occasional games night or chill hang when our schedules align!

🐱 Pet friendly: One housemate has two adorable cats (one shy, one curious!). They mostly stay in their room — but if you want to bring more critters, the house is open to it.
