South London Room Available 01/02/26

£868 per month plus bills (approx £110)

I’m looking for someone to fill my room for the 6 month remainder of our tenancy (February - July), with the possibility to extend, in a lovely three-bed house in Tulse Hill.

Location: Tulse Hill
- 🚆4 minute walk to Tulse Hill station that has direct trains to central London - Blackfriars (10 mins), London Bridge (15 mins), Farringdon (15 mins), et
- The nearest tube stop is Brixton (Victoria line, including night tubes at the weekend), which is a 10-15 minute bus ride away. Bus links to South and Central London are also really good!
- 🌳5 minute walk to Brockwell Park and Herne Hill market
- 🍻lots of cute pubs and shops within short walking distance

Room and House:
- The house has a communal living/kitchen area, front and back gardens, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (shared between 2) on the first floor, and a garage for storage
- The room and house are both fully furnished
- Space to park a car and bike storage

What we’re looking for:
The current housemates are both 26 year old females, who work for the ambulance service. It’s a lovely, social house, with a communal vibe, so we’re looking for someone similar! We’re flexible on occupation/working pattern, as long as you’re respectful of the other housemates’ shift working pattern. Preferably female/non-binary between 23-35 ☺️
