Brixton / Tulse Hill en-suite large room

Hi, I am looking to move out of my lovely house share within the next month. Flexibility would be great as I have not yet found a place.

The house:
You will be sharing the house with three lovely girls (and one dog) who are very respectful and friendly.
The girls like to do their own thing but share the space really well!
There is a garden, home gym, home office space and large kitchen / dining area.
Rent: £1,150 per month, bills come to about £150 per month in the winter and less in the summer. This is all payable to the landlord directly, who is lovely.
Weekly cleaner included within the bills.

The room:
A huge, modern, double attic room coming furnished. It has a gorgeous en-suite as well. There is a dressing table and plenty of clothes storage.
The room has its own fridge and freezer along with a microwave, kettle and toaster.

The area:
Located in the Brixton / Tulse Hill area. There are regular buses to Brixton station taking 10 - 15 minutes. The house is a few minutes walk to the bus stop.
At the end of the road there is a Tesco express which is very convenient.
There is on street parking that is free at the weekend and outside of the hours 10am - 12noon on weekdays for non permit holders.

The ideal flat mate:
Someone who can be flexible as I am still looking for a room ( I am downsizing ).
Someone who is lovely and friendly but also keeps to themselves and respects the space of others.
We are looking for women only ideally similar age to all the girls ( mid - late 20s ).

The landlord would like references if possible and a confirmation of salary.
